Tether Rock Management’s founding owner Chris Pateman brought to the company his extensive experience in construction industry including business development, project development, design, construction implementation, and on-site coordination of a wide range of program types: residential, commercial, educational, clinical, performing arts venues, athletic facilities as well as renovation and adaptive reuse of existing structures. Currently, our team provides professional Project Management and Design Management services to clients throughout New York State, NYC Metropolitan and the Tri-State area.
